Weclcome to Stouffville Swim Club's competitive season 2025 - 2026!
Prior to beginning the registration process below, we ask all parents/guardians and swimmers to carefully review our Registration Requirements and Information here.
Please see the Group Rosters below to see which Group your swimmer is in, along with the correponding swim fees and practice schedule for that Group. Due to a long waitlist of interested new swimmers, we ask all returning swimmers to please register by August 29, 2025 to secure their spot on the team. New member registration will open shortly after that date.
Please note that registration is not complete until Registration Fee has been e-transferred and received.

Group Rosters (for returning swimmers)
Group rosters are tentative and set out below. They were formed based on attendance, skill set, age and willingness to progress in the sport of competitive swimming. Group responsibilities grow as swimmers progress from group to group.

Fees
All fees are to be sent via e-transfer to [email protected]
Amount of swim fees are based on a swimmer’s group. Fees payable to the Club include:
Program fees – due on the 1st of the month from October 1, 2025 to June 1, 2026, inclusive. These fees cover coaching, pool rental, dryland and club operating expenses pertaining to your swimmer’s group
Swim meet fees – as incurred to cover costs associated with attending a swim meet such as, but not limited to, meet/event entry fees, travel, accommodation (as applicable).
Team social event fees – as incurred to cover costs associated with attending a team social event.
Swim Ontario fee – one-time mandatory fee based on your swimmer’s group placement, and charged on your first monthly payment. This fee goes directly to Swim Ontario to register your child for competition and insurance

- E-transfer initial payment + Swim Ontario Fee at time of Registration: DUE August 29, 2025
- E-transfer monthly payment on the first of each month: 1st day of each month from Oct 1, 2025 to June 1, 2026 inclusive

Practice Schedules
Please note that swim and dryland schedules are still subject to change at this time. Please be sure to check the schedule again prior to the beginning of the season.
Once the season begins, schedule may occasionally change due to swim meets, holidays, pool closures, etc. A notification will be sent to you and posted on our social media platforms if and when there are any changes to the schedule.
Practices will commence the week of September 8, 2025 for A and B Groups and the week of September 15, 2025 for Gold and Silver Groups.
EQUIPMENT
All swimmers are required to obtain the correct swimwear, equipment and team wear. Information on the required equipment and team wear for each swim group can be located on our Equipment & Teamwear page here.
